My executive coaching services are structured initially as three-month retainer engagements with 50-minute, 1x1 virtual coaching sessions typically held weekly. As part of the coaching process, I may recommend certain third-party assessment tools to help clients learn more about themselves and identify strengths, opportunities and values.
